Can we just take a brief moment to appreciate the sheer beauty of this little one? Just look at it!
I don't know why it took me so long to get around to trying this! I guess Christmas, and all the shiny new make-up I was given kinda stole the limelight for a little minute.
So, what is it? As many of you already know, Anastasia is the QUEEN of eyebrows, and her brow products are quite literally the best products I have ever used, it's just a pity they're not more freely available in England yet! She's since expanded her range, offering professional products, and also some amazing eyeshadow palettes in collaboration with some uh-mazing beauty gurus (see my Anastasia Amrezy Palette here).
Anyway, this palette has 6 sculpting and highlighting powders, to help re-create the infamous Kim K cheeks, and contour like a pro.
The top shades are the highlighter powders, and are named (left to right) Vanilla, Banana, and Sand. Vanilla and Banana are both matte shades, and Sand is a beautiful shimmery highlighter - I really love it. No glitter, no chalky finish, it just adds the perfect shimmer. I've also used Banana to set my under eye concealer on some occasions, and it has always looked beautiful!
The bottom shades are the contouring shades, and from left to right are called Java, Fawn, and Havana. I love that the palette offers varying tones and shades to sculpt with, it really gives value to the product in my opinion. I personally find Havana to be the best shade for my skin tone, but use Java sometimes too!
So all in all, I think this product isn't for someone who isn't that fussed about make-up as it may be a little excessive, however, for those who are a tad obsessive, and love a good contour, then this is something you NEED in your make-up collection.
I'm a huge fan of Anastasia Beverley Hills products, and this one certainly didn't disappoint! Have you tried it yet?
